Terms of Contract:

• This document is valid for 10 business days. After this period, we do not guarantee the availability of the requested date and reserve the right to make adjustments to the costs.
• To reserve the date for gummies, the client must pay 50% of the cost upfront, and the remaining 50% one week before the event.
• For party favors, the client must pay 70% of the cost upfront, and the remaining 30% one week before delivery.
• Cancellation of gummy orders is accepted up to one month before the event date. Otherwise, The Drunk Guest reserves the right to a refund.
• For orders of custom party favors, once the production process has begun, The Drunk Guest reserves the right to a refund.
