Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

The Drunk Guest

At The Drunk Guest, every product is handcrafted and custom-made specifically for your event. Because our products are personalized and made in small batches, no two pieces are exactly alike.

We make every effort to match the approved design as closely as possible. However, slight variations in color, shape, texture, placement, decoration, and finishing details are a natural part of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that each handmade piece is unique and that exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.

Alcohol Gummies

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products and food safety regulations, all alcohol gummy sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

We will only replace or refund an order if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The order received is incorrect due to an error on our part.

Any claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the product and its packaging.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and begin production.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due one (1) week prior to the event.

Failure to complete the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the order.

Cancellations

Since every order is made specifically for your event:

  • Orders of more than 300 gummies may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled production, pickup, or delivery date.

  • Orders of 300 gummies or fewer may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled production, pickup, or delivery date.

Orders canceled after these deadlines are non-refundable.

Hora Loca Items

Returns & Exchanges

All Hora Loca items are custom-designed and manufactured specifically for each client.

Because these products are personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the final design has been approved by the client.

We will only replace items if:

  • They arrive damaged or broken during shipping.

  • They contain a manufacturing defect.

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the damaged items and the packaging.

Payment Terms

  • A 70% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.

  • The remaining 30% balance is due one (1) week prior to delivery or pickup.

Design Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, colors, spelling, sizing, and design details before production begins.

Once final approval has been received:

  • Production begins immediately.

  • No design changes can be made.

  • Refunds will not be issued.

  • The Drunk Guest is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client.

Cancellations

Hora Loca orders may be canceled up to 30 days before the event date.

Once production has started, all deposits and payments become non-refundable.

Custom Molds

Custom molds are created exclusively for each client.

Once production has begun, custom mold orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

If you need to modify or cancel your order before production begins, please contact us as soon as possible.

Tray Rental

Rental Fee

  • Tray rental: $60

  • Refundable security deposit: $50

Security Deposit

The security deposit will be refunded once the tray has been returned in its original condition.

Damaged, lost, or excessively worn trays may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit.

Cancellations

Tray rentals may be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled event.

Quote Validity

All quotes and proposals issued by The Drunk Guest are valid for 10 business days.

After this period, pricing, product availability, and event dates are subject to change without notice.
